What happens if there is damage?

We take full responsibility for the day-to-day condition of the property during our lease, including guest-related wear and tear and minor maintenance.

Any issues are handled promptly, with multiple layers of protection including insurance and platform cover. For larger structural items — such as boilers, roofing, or major building works — these remain the landlord’s responsibility, as with a standard tenancy.
 
Everything is clearly outlined in the lease agreement, so expectations are transparent from the start.
