Who is responsible for maintenance?

We take care of all day-to-day upkeep, including cleaning, minor maintenance, and guest-related wear and tear. For larger structural items — such as boilers, roofing, or major repairs — these remain the landlord’s responsibility, as with a standard tenancy.
 
Everything is clearly outlined in the agreement, so expectations are transparent from the start.
 

How are guests managed?

All guests are carefully vetted through booking platforms and internal checks. We prioritise responsible, high-quality guests and maintain strict house rules throughout every stay. From enquiry to check-out, all communication and coordination is handled by us.
